Vintage Indonesian Diamond Wheat Link Woven Chain Bracelet, 13mm, Silver, 42 Grams (1.485 oz.)

This is vintage, dating from early to mid 20th century, genuine, solid, high grade silver, diamond wheat link flexible woven three chain bracelet, from Indonesia. This is the older type of handmade chain, not the newer light weight machine made chains that are readily available these days.
The making of the chain has been beautifully executed. The three strands have been woven tightly and through wear over the years it has become smooth and supple. The sterling silver end caps have a strong 'S' clasp for closing. The clasp has been marked with 925 - sterling.
There is natural tarnishing between the links from age - (not oxidization) - and can be cleaned.
