This is a vintage form of a beautifully ornate triangular Rabari Dhebaria Amulet Case, usually strung on a silver 'Siyal' necklace with multiple cases as detailed in the last listing photo.
The container is designed to hold a sacred mantra or prayer in the hollow compartment and has been sealed shut or is for just decorative use.
This type of amulet is from Rajasthan or Gujarat, with beautiful detailed fine silver beading silver work of repeating triangles and floral units added, with silver beading wire around the edges.
It has four very sturdy bales also with floral units added.
The amulet is of high grade silver.
